As a Consultant, you will earn 70% of the referral fee when a franchise deal is closed, while 30% goes to IFBC to support tools, operations, and ongoing services.

The Revenue Share Model

Increase your earnings by building a team!

With IFBC's Revenue Share Model, you can earn extra income from the deals your recruits close.

When your team member closes a deal, they keep their full 70% commission. As their upline, you receive a portion from the IFBC's 30% share.

Earnings under this plan are based on a tiered structure, with higher tiers offering greater rewards as your personal sales and team activity increase. The more sales you make and the more active consultants you recruit, the higher the tier you will unlock.

To remain eligible for revenue share and to be considered an active consultant, the following condition must be met:

  • At least one closed deal in a year
  • OR

  • Three closed deals with a mentor in a year

The Mentorship Program

As a new consultant, you’ll be paired with an experienced mentor who will guide you through your first deals.

  • You'll earn while you learn
  • Commissions are split 50/50 with your mentor (from your standard 70%)
  • You close deals and develop skills with hands-on support

Mentor Qualification Criteria

To qualify as a mentor, a consultant must:

  • Complete 3 projects independently, and
  • Recruit at least 5 new consultants

Mentor Retention Requirement

  • To retain mentor status, the consultant must complete at least one project per year.

To become an Independent Consultant (and keep 100% of your 70% commission share), you must:

  • Close 3 deals with your mentor
  • OR

  • If you have 1+ year of franchise sales experience, you can graduate after closing 1 deal with a mentor, just to ensure you're aligned with IFBC’s platform and processes.
